Andorra

Andorra is high in the Pyrenees mountains, between France and Spain.  It’s a small priicipallity

considered very cheap by the French. Superb views but the roads maybe snowbound between October and May.  Make sure your brakes are in A1 condition, the roads snake in every direction, with hairpin bends every few hundred yards. Strictly for "Scratchers", not for the faint hearted.  Reach it via the N20 from Foix.  Take your camera and plenty of film
