Only rode through it to get to Holland from Ostend, so are not experts on it. Stayed in Antwerp, was very kindly guided to the hotel by a complete stranger on a bicycle when he saw our Union Jack.

They have more Beers than anywhere we know, so not the best place for a Biking holiday really. Visited Brugge and Gent another time. A bit touristy, but nice.
